Training advise from coach Dag Kaas who has produced 12 individual world champs in 4 different sports. “My experience as a coach tells me that to become world champion in endurance disciplines, you have to train SMART, AND you have to train a LOT. One without the ohter is insufficient” I would add to this that this goes for anything you want to be truly good at.
Breathing is so important to any human especially those trying to improve in endurance sport. Lung Power – Need more air.
