Vulnerability is not letting it all handout. It is a raw bid for connection person to person, intimacy, trust and connection. Here is a fantastic TED talk by Brene Brown well worth the time to watch.

For a long time now at least the last 5 to 7 years I have been researching and some what applying the notion that less is more. I love the concept of Tiny Houses and what that could mean to the growing population and world resources. Here is a great site on planning Tiny Homes.

I have spent the last week traveling with a very successful sporting team on the National Stage. Lots of these athletes were teenagers with parents of course. What Parents Should Say as Their Kids Perform.

I love to run, when I run by myself I love tunes, but I like new tunes and I like fast beats when running (most of the time). A few weeks ago I was introduced to Soundcloud. I love it. Soundcloud is Facebook for music. If you like music check out Soundcloud.

My Stats for the last week (Recovery week) Because of travel I completed 2 runs 17km on a treadmill. I also did a lot of extra walking around Melbourne City and the Yarra.
