This is my training program. I have the goal of competing the Glasshouse 100 mile in under 24 hours. This will be my first 100 mile race. The conditions in the race vary widely depending on weather. I have run shorter 50-80km Glasshouse events in very hot sunny conditions to raining so hard you could only see 2 metres in front of you and you had to swim across roads. This variation in conditions is what I love about racing especially when racing for a long time. It really does test you.
